Your role:

- You will be responsible for the Biotech Development Center (BDC) financial results (actuals) and financial processes (forecasts, outlooks/landings and SD) for Capex and Opex, including reporting
- You will be the financial advisor as Controlling Business Partner to the BDC Leadership team providing support to steer the business projects and strategic decisions through the proper financial evaluations (Business Cases, Risk Management,...)
- Until the completion of the investment you will be responsible to support the project team for the relevant budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring that quality and timely information is delivered in line with expectations; you will drive cost reviews by disciplines and review progress measurement with leads and package owners
- You will ensure financial cost model & ERP readiness for the BDC Operational Go-Live (cost centers, new assets creation & assets transfer from other sites)

Who you are:

- University Degree or similar in accounting, economics or business administration
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Controlling business partnership, with proven ability to challenge BP's while maintaining good working relationships
- Experience in manufacturing controlling and product costing is an asset
- Fluent in English and French
- A self-starter, autonomous, who is able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Understanding and advanced usage of SAP (S/4HANA is a plus), TM1, SAP BI & internal tools (M-Cloud, etc.)

This role is based on the Vevey site in Switzerland and reports to the Head of Controlling Development and Launch.
