- We are a worldwide leading supplier of electromechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants. Water stands for sustainable energy production with natural, renewable resources. We offer our around 250 employees in Vevey and Kriens challenging jobs on high-quality products.

For our site in Vevey, we are looking for our future Commercial and Export Manager for International Business.

Your mission:

- Execution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and legal tasks in export projects; representation towards Customer, Consortium Partners and Third Parties
- Negociation of administrative and commercial aspects of contracts with Customers
- Management of transport and logistic concepts
- Definition of Tax Concepts at bid stage in liaison with Central Functions
- Implementation and administration of permanent establishments (local project offices in Africa, France, etc)
- Involvement in sourcing concept and follow-up of financing requirements (conditions for ECA coverage, local content, foreign exchange risk, embargo restrictions, etc)
- Liaison with customs for logistics, import and export formalities
- Assistance to the Management of Letters of Credit during contract execution
- Legal and financial aspects of claim and contract management

Your profile:

- Higher Education Master HEC with an orientation in International Finance / International Business, or equivalent title
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the following fields
- Commercial, International Finance, Export and Trade, Law, Taxation and Insurances, Business Administration
- French mother tongue with excellent knowledge of English. German or Spanish is an asset
- Strong communication skills in teams and international environment
- Flexible, open and solution-oriented personality
- Availability for frequent trips abroad
