Job Title: Sales Manager – Logistics (Air & Ocean)
Company Overview: Axzel Search is currently supporting a Top 10 Global Logistics Company.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth within our logistics operations, focusing on air and ocean products. This role will require a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance our market presence in Zurich and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the air and ocean logistics sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the logistics industry, with a focus on air and ocean freight.
