Using agile and CX principles, you will take the lead in the conceptualization, design and delivery of customer-facing digital products, analyze front office processes. Your responsibilities will include:Lead the end-to-end delivery of CX and digital product engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomesTake full ownership of project delivery, managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams across design, technology, and business functions to ensure seamless executionEstablish and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on digital transformation, customer experience, and product strategy engagementsChampion agile project management practices, continuously improving delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency and qualityMentor and develop team members and subject matter experts, building functional expertise and leadership capabilities within both client and partner organizationsLead presentations and workshops with senior leadership, clearly articulating complex business challenges and digital solutionsIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives within the Financial Services practiceBe an intrapreneur and further shape your personal and professional skillsets through engagement with initiatives you’re passionate about within DeloitteLocation: Zurich, SwitzerlandWork Pattern Percentage: 80-100%Who We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:A Master’s degree in finance, business/economics, digital management, or STEM subjects5-8 years of relevant work experience in a transformative role at a financial institution, or in a consultancy / agency working for financial services clients with evidence of delivering end-to-end projects in the relevant spaceAbility to work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust quicklyStrong project management skills including agile development and ability to manage large-scale projects from brief to deliveryExcellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate business problems and digital solutions to senior stakeholdersCompetent in developing and nurturing functional expertise to lead and grow teams of experts with partner- and client organizationsPassion for the value that CX and digital solutions can unlock for users and businessesYour TeamJoin Deloitte Digital at an exciting time, as we take our fast-growing team to the next level - sitting at the intersection of Deloitte’s business consultancy and digital creative agency, backed by a strong global network and with access to experts in different fields and industries.At Deloitte, your ideas create impact and spark meaningful change for our clients, people and society.
