Job Code: 9037 Manager Parts Repair Customer Services – Overview You will be accountable for leading the Parts Repair Customer Services team and oversee the commercial management of customers through the fulfilment of the relevant contractual obligations from parts induction to cash collection, and will be responsible for achieving the company’s revenue targets for the assigned customers in close coordination with your superior. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Parts Repair Customer Services team, including resource distribution, vacation planning, and deputizing; assist with new account allocation and escalation of operational topics. Lead the Weekly Operations Meetings with Shop CoE / Workcentres, providing status updates on repair orders and ensuring timely communication to customers. Promote a customer‑centric attitude within the team, using a solution‑oriented approach to problem solving. Solve escalation issues and provide recommendations to the head of the business unit when required. Develop, improve, and revise account management processes in line with SR Technics strategies. Lead initiatives to identify waste, costs, and inefficiencies within the team or processes, and implement necessary changes. Promote information sharing within the team, towards customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor KPIs for the team and execute actions for improvement. Develop and coach the team in commercial aspects of the role. Manage repair orders to fulfil contractual obligations according to existing processes (e.g., 3rd‑party business, customer feedback, teardown process). Organise customer visits, including business review meetings, negotiations for upcoming orders, and clarification of contractual amendments. Key Qualifications Leadership and analytical skills with a solution‑based approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. University bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business administration with a strong understanding of financial and commercial aspects. Technical knowledge of engine parts repair and overhaul processes and technology, including costing, pricing methodologies, and logistics within the Engine Parts repair services business. Core competencies in business economics, commercial affairs, financial modelling, or supply chain management. Significant (3+ years) experience in customer‑related and leadership positions in the MRO aviation industry if possible. A desire for continuous learning and self‑development. Strong commercial background with clear communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, creative thinking, and innovation.
