Das Hotel Astoria an bester Lage im Zentrum von Luzern und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, dem KKL, der Altstadt und dem Vierwaldstättersee entfernt, ist ein top modernes 4-Sterne Hotel mit 263 renovierten Zimmern sowie 5 Bankett- und Seminarräumen mit state-of-the-art Ausstattung. Das grösste und aussergewöhnlichste Hotel der Zentralschweiz verfügt zudem über 3 aufregende Restaurants mit innovativen Konzepten und Gault Millau Punkten – Ristorante La Cucina (14 Punkte), Restaurant Thai Garden (14 Punkte), Mekong Asian Bistro&Bar. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Director of F&B bei der Führung und Kontrolle der Departmente:
    • Ristorante La Cucina (14 Gault&Millau Punkte)
    • Restaurant Thai Garden (14 Gault&Millau Punkte)
    • Mekong Asian Bistro & Bar
    • Penthouse 360°Roof Top Bar
    • Coffeeshop News Bar
    • Halbpensions-Abteilung
    • Economat
    • F&B Büro
  • Mitverantwortung für insgesamt 100 Mitarbeitende unter Wahrnehmung von Führungs- und Vorbildfunktion
  • Einwandfreie Umsetzung der Geschäftspolitik in oben genannten Bereichen
  • Stellvertretung des Director of F&B in dessen Abwesenheit
  • Aktive Überwachung des Nightlifes
  • Verantwortung für die Gästezufriedenheit
  • Organisation, Planung & Durchführung von Banketten und Grossanlässen bis zu 500 Personen
  • Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung, -koordination und -kontrolle mit Mirus 3.0
  • Mitarbeit bei der Mitarbeitergewinnung,-betreuung und -trennung
  • Erstellung aller Speise- und Getränkekarten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Beschwerdemanagement vor Ort

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Gastronomie oder Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
  • Gewinnende, engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Hands on Mentalität
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
