Wir such en einen/eine Groups & Events Executive  für das Mandarin Oriental Palace in Luzern

Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Vier Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab. 

Als Groups & Events Executive werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein: 

Stellvertreter des Director of Groups and Events  Bearbeitung von Gruppen- und Veranstaltungsanfragen  Hausführungen mit ausführlicher Kundenberatung vor Ort Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Verträgen und Kontrolle der Abschlussrechnung Koordination in Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen im Hotel Engagement für das Upselling von Meetings und Konferenzen Entwicklung von saisonalen, kreativen Werbeangeboten Weitergabe aller relevanter Informationen an die operativen Abteilungen

Als Groups & Events Executive  suchen wir nach :

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder fachspezifischem Studium Organisationstalent mit hoher Auffassungsgabe Offenes Wesen mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fleiss und Einsatzbereitschaft Gepflegte Umgangs- und Kommunikationsform gegenüber Gästen, Kunden, Kollegen und Vorgesetzten; stets unter Berücksichtigung interkultureller Aspekte Gute EDV-Kenntnisse Exzellente Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a Groups & Events Executive  to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace , Lucerne

As Groups & Events Executive you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Deputy to the Director of Groups and Events Processing of group and event enquiries Guided tours with detailed customer advice on site Preparing offers and contracts and checking the final invoice Coordination in cooperation with all relevant departments in the hotel Commitment to upselling meetings and conferences Development of seasonal, creative promotional offers Passing on all relevant information to the operational departments

As Groups & Events Executive we are looking for: 

Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or specialized studies Organizational talent with a high level of comprehension Open minded character with good communication skills, diligence and commitment Well-mannered and strong communication skills towards guests, customers, colleagues and superiors; always considering intercultural aspects Good computer skills Excellent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
