Job Description Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäss OR und Swiss GAAP FER Budgetierung, Forecasting, Performance Monitoring & Reporting an das lokale Management und Head Office Steuerliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Compliance (inkl. MWST), Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden & Revisionsstellen (z. B. ESBK) Prozessoptimierung und Einführung eines effizienten IKS ERP-gestütztes Arbeiten mit Fokus auf Effizienz & Qualität (aktuell MS Dynamics 365 - Erfahrung mit D365 nicht zwingend, aber ERP-Kenntnisse erforderlich) Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Accounting Assistants Monatliche Präsenz im Standort Davos (ca. 1x/Monat), ggf. Initialschulung im europäischen Head Office The Successful Applicant Sie verfügen über ein fundiertes Verständnis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, denken unternehmerisch und bringen Erfahrung in regulierten oder dynamischen Umfeldern mit. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hands-on. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance & Controlling (KMU- oder Konzernumfeld) Versiert in Swiss GAAP FER, OR, Steuer- & Sozialversicherungsrecht Ausgeprägte ERP- & Excel-Kenntnisse (z. B.
