In this role, you will focus on trade and structured trade finance activities, playing a decisive role in maintaining and expanding large-scale finance facilities. You will integrate these into the treasury operating model, manage significant volumes, and act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.

**What you will do**:

- Operate and establish trade finance facilities for internal customers (e.g., trading desks, subsidiaries).
- Ensure facilities are integrated within the Axpo operating model, acting as the primary interface between internal and external parties.
- Participate in the roll-out of the new Treasury system (Kyriba), representing the team.
- Lead market watch for trade finance opportunities in the fintech and digitalization space.
- Manage relationships with external parties (banks, insurance companies) and internal teams globally.
- Support and initiate operational and strategic initiatives contributing to organizational goals.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- University degree or Business School qualification in Finance.
- Proven experience in commodity trading or banking, focusing on trade or structured trade finance.
- Experience or interest in digitalization and AI is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with project management abilities and an active risk management mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential; German and French are advantageous.
