For our Structured Trade Finance team, we are currently seeking a Structured Trade Finance Manager. This role is pivotal in developing innovative financing facilities to support our Trading & Sales business area. If you are passionate about creating commercial strategies and leading new financing initiatives, this is the opportunity for you.

**What you will do**:

- Develop commercial strategies for the roll-out of new PNL driven financing products, focusing on maximizing reward vs risk and leveraging the Group’s strengths.
- Play a leading role in setting up new STF facilities, acting as the primary interface between internal parties (front office, support functions) and external parties (banks, lawyers, advisors).
- Support or lead relationship management towards various external parties, including international trade finance banks and insurance companies.
- Act as a strategic finance expert for commercial desks globally, aiding in the execution of PNL driven commercial opportunities.
- Champion change, efficiency, and collaboration by initiating or supporting operational or strategic initiatives.
- Support digitalization efforts and other similar tasks as they arise.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- University degree or Business School in Finance or Law.
- Previous work experience in leading commodity trading houses or commodity banks with hands-on experience in financial structuring and business development in structured commodity finance.
- Ability to lead and influence within and outside the team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, strong communication skills, team player, active risk management mindset.
- English is critical; German and French are a strong plus.
