Weseefar is a privately held group that builds and controls a small portfolio of high-growth, cash-generating tech businesses. We operate across Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, and Turkey, with consolidated revenues around €15M and healthy profitability.

**Why this role exists**

We’re looking for someone to **build and lead the finance function** across the group. This is not an accounting job, it’s a strategic and leadership role. You will define and execute the finance roadmap for the group, overseeing accounting, tax, treasury, legal, planning, governance, and corporate structuring. You’ll support the founders in building a smarter, faster, better-functioning group of companies.

**Key responsibilities**

**Group Finance Leadership**
- Build and lead a cross-group finance team (internal and outsourced) across four countries
- Design and implement a group-wide finance strategy and operating model
- Define and roll out standard processes across FP&A, control, accounting, treasury, payments, invoicing, etc.
- Act as the go-to expert and mentor for the finance staff across the group—raising the bar of internal knowledge and reducing reliance on expensive external advisors for tax and structuring questions

**Corporate Structure & Governance**
- Lead reviews and optimizations of the corporate structure (M&A, tax planning, cash repatriation, etc.)
- Ensure all group entities are fully compliant across jurisdictions (incl. Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy, Turkey)
- Design and maintain group governance frameworks and reporting flows (incl. BoD materials)

**ERP & Systems Implementation**
- Select and implement a scalable group ERP system for multi-entity consolidation and real-time insights
- Build reporting dashboards for cash, working capital, digital assets, tax exposure, and KPIs

**Tax, Treasury, and Legal**
- Oversee international tax matters, transfer pricing, WHT exposure, and local compliance
- Manage group treasury across multi-currency accounts and complex banking environments (including Turkey and crypto exposure)
- Own legal and compliance processes including contract oversight, IP structures, and financial risk management

**External Relationships**
- Build and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and potential funding partners
- Proactively reduce FX and banking fees, seek yield on idle capital, and explore investment opportunities

**You’re a fit if you**
- Have 7+ years experience across finance, ideally combining **Big 4 training** and **in-house leadership** in a scale-up or international SME
- Know how to manage **international tax, WHT, FX**, and multi-entity financial flows
- Are confident implementing ERP or financial systems in growing businesses
- Know how to “own the numbers” while thinking strategically about corporate structure and capital allocation
- Are resourceful and fast, able to operate without excessive corporate overhead
- Want to work closely with the CEO and executive team and **grow into a board-level leader**

**Nice to have**
- Experience working with crypto/blockchain or emerging markets (Turkey or similar environments)
- Strong Excel and system implementation skills (we’re not using SAP)
- Fluent in English and German, Italian is a plus
- Strong personality, comfortable standing your ground with difficult stakeholders when needed
