Employee Lifecycle Management:- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration:- Administer employee benefits and manage enrolments, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, including work permits, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is a plus.
Experience:- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a focus on payroll and HR administration.
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience in a multinational or dynamic environment is preferred.
Skills:- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
