Job Title: HR Operations SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for all processes related to payroll and HR administration, and support the development and implementation of our policies and procedures related to global employee practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Global Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for various geographies and employment set-ups, including permanent employment, contractors, EORs, salary, and variable pay.
- Employee Relations and Lifecycle Administration: Provide support to employees on payroll, benefits, and administrative matters, and collaborate with the people team to build our knowledge hub and promote employee infrastructure.
- Employee Data Management: Organize, automate, and consistently improve our employee data and management processes.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, with 3+ years in global people ops roles.
- Experience as a core partner to Finance, Legal, and Security Teams in compliance and risk-management matters.
- Pride in delivering excellent services to team members and leaders at all levels.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of the French language is an advantage.
