HR Specialist/HRBP
Vos missions :
-Assister et conseiller la ligne dans la gestion du personnel : recrutement, développement, gestion des talents, gestion de la performance, entretiens disciplinaires et révision salariale ; gestion des départs;
-Rédaction des contrats de travail et avenants ainsi que des courriers spécifiques
-Gestion des maladies, accidents, maternité et suivi avec les assurances.
-Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets de marque employeur et des stratégies de recrutement innovantes pour attirer les talents ;
-Participer a la mise en ouvre de plans de formation
-Participer à l'optimisation des processus RH
-Développer la visibilité de l'organisation en termes de recrutement sur les réseaux sociaux.
Votre profil:
-Vous êtes titulaire du brevet fédéral en ressources humaines ou équivalent
-Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un poste de généraliste RH ou HRBP en Suisse + vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets RH.
-Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience dans le domaine du marketing RH et/ou de la formation.
-Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances en droit du travail suisse;
-Français: courant à l'oral et à l'écrit
-Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel et Outlook) et les réseaux sociaux;
-Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux.se;
-Vous avez de l'entregent et une bonne capacité d'écoute;
-Vous possédez un excellent esprit d'équipe.
