Our client, a renowned international company in the industrial sector, is looking for a Time Management Specialist (SAP) to join their HR team. If you have solid experience in time management, are proficient in SAP, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you

Responsabilités

  • Oversee the management of employee work schedules, absences, leaves, and other time-related aspects of HR operations.
  • Leverage SAP software to manage and optimize timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate data.
  • Prepare and analyze time management reports, providing recommendations to improve process efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Production departments to ensure seamless time management processes across the company.


Profil

  • Federal Diploma in HR Specialist or an equivalent higher qualification, reflecting recognized expertise in HR.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of German would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to improve time management processes.
  • Proven experience with SAP time management modules is essential.
