Job Description (JD): Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, 60%) – 6 months+

Start Date: 1st April 2025

As we expand across Switzerland, our mission is to blend education and creativity, ensuring every student has the opportunity to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and grow FindAtutor's Instagram presence.
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies that resonate emotionally with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Increase Instagram followers and engagement through regular posts, reels, and interactive content.
Content Creation & Campaigns:
  • Research and create innovative, story-driven content that aligns with the aspirations and emotions of students.
  • Collaborate on creative marketing campaigns that go beyond traditional sales, emphasizing storytelling and relatability.
  • Design promotional materials, posters, and presentations for courses and campaigns.
Event & Content Production:
  • Organize and coordinate photoshoots and video recordings at schools and other locations.
  • Work closely with tutors, models, and educational institutions for authentic content creation.
  • Manage and adhere to a content calendar to ensure timely posting.
Content Editing & Tools:
  • Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
  • Utilize your photography and videography skills to produce high-quality, compelling content.
  • Work independently and flexibly while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide support for additional tasks as needed and note that there may be opportunities to be featured in company videos (details to be discussed during the interview).

Qualifications & Skills:

Languages:
  • Proficient in French and German.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong command of social media platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram.
  • Comfortable using an iPhone for photography and video creation.
  • Proficient with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop.
Creative Abilities:
  • Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills for creating engaging campaigns.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics for designing visually appealing content and posters.
Organizational Skills:
  • Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating shoots.
  • Excellent autonomy and time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel for content production.
  • Personality: Creative, proactive, and self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
