Accreditation Strategist and Quality Specialist

To complete its team, the IQR (Innovation, Quality and Research) service of the HEC Faculty is looking for an:

Accreditation Strategist and Quality Specialist (80-100%)
Contract with an indefinite duration (CDI)
Place of work: Chamberonne, Lausanne

Description

The Accreditation Strategist and Quality Specialist plays a key role in the implementation of accreditation processes, assurance of learning (AoL) and the continuous improvement of the School’s quality processes. This post is directly attached to the Executive Director for Innovation, Quality, and Research (IQR) and complements the accreditation team. In close collaboration with the IQR Executive Director, the Dean's Office and internal stakeholders, this person is responsible for leading the drafting of accreditation reports, integrating AoL frameworks into institutional objectives, and contributing to quality processes, including rankings and other strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the accreditation strategy and drafting reports;
  • Developing Assurance of Learning (AoL) frameworks and Quality Improvement;
  • Managing institutional Quality Processes and Rankings;
  • Stakeholder management and team collaboration.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in education, administration, or a related field (or equivalent);
  • Training in project management, an asset;
  • Experience in higher education, preferably in business school accreditations and quality processes (min. 5 years), especially in the management of AoL or in pedagogical evaluation;
  • Excellent English proficiency and very good French (written and oral) skills;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with particular attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration;
  • Sense of responsibility, confidentiality and duty of discretion;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Motivation, adaptability and flexibility;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, organization and rigor with a high level of reliability in the management of projects;
  • Good resistance to stress and a sense of priorities;
  • Ability to understand institutional challenges;
