  • Umsetzung der Sozialschutz-Standards zur Spielsuchtprävention unserer Online Spieler/innen
  • Telefonische Beratung und Unterstützung von Hilfesuchenden sowie telefonische Gespräche mit Spieler/innen, welche ein problematisches Spielverhalten aufweisen
  • Lückenlose ESBK-konforme Dokumentation betreffend Umsetzung der Sozialschutz-Standards
  • Datenpflege sowie administrative Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung des Customer Care Verantwortlichen
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Führen von sensiblen Gesprächen die viel Fingerspitzengefühl, Diplomatie und Durchsetzungsvermögen erfordern
  • Gute IT Anwenderkenntnisse und eine exakte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sind zwingend
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind kommunikationsfreudig, geduldig, bewahren in hektischen Situationen die Übersicht und lassen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
