Your team

Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions, and family office services.
As part of the Finance & Analytics team, your role will be to contribute to the financial and business steering of Pictet Wealth Management. You will implement financial reporting processes and tools in strong collaboration with our data and systems specialists. Additionally, you will assist both senior Finance management and key business stakeholders in better understanding and managing their financial performance.

Your role

You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of financial analysis, reporting and data management in ensuring that the needs of our senior management and stakeholders are understood and translated into analysis, reports and tools that help them make informed business decisions. Your activities will include:

Financial reporting and business analytics
  • Map the business steering needs of key stakeholders, both at the Front and the Investment Platform.
  • Challenge and refine our current key performance indicators (financial, commercial, performance).
  • Propose solutions to meet existing needs and improve insights of current reporting – focusing on data, visualisation and tools.
  • Prepare financial reports for management and internal stakeholders, and act as a business partner in providing insight on the data.
  • Carry out ad-hoc analysis as requested by client-facing teams, the CFO and other stakeholders.
Data management and production process optimisation
  • Contribute to translating business and financial needs into technical and data specifications.
  • Help in improving the efficiency and consistency of data warehouses, reporting processes and dashboards.
  • Oversee financial reporting processes from end-to-end (i.e., from assessment of the requirements and data needs to business analysis, development and implementation).
  • Liaise with other Finance and data teams across Wealth Management and the Pictet Group to leverage synergies in data sharing and production processes.


Your profile

Qualifications and professional experience
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least five years of successful experience in a business analytics and/or data management role in the banking industry or a financial Institution.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools.
  • Excellent command of English and French.
  • Swiss resident.
Skills and personal attributes
  • Proficiency in BI-relevant tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau).
  • Strong data-manipulation, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Programming skills, preferably in SQL, with knowledge of R, Python, or equivalent languages as a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern data development tools (Git, Jira) would be a plus.
  • Ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly, work with complex and extensive datasets, and deliver on multiple tasks under pressure and short deadlines.
