WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

MARKETING MANAGER – SWISS MARKET

Located in our Meyrin, Switzerland offices.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE?

As the Marketing Manager – Swiss Market, your main goal is to drive all marketing strategies, ensuring outstanding customer engagement and alignment across all touchpoints.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of visual merchandising concepts and window displays in sales areas.
  • Supervise local projects and traveling exhibitions to boost brand visibility.

TRAINING

  • Act as the training specialist for our products and Maison, organizing regular training sessions to maintain a high level of product knowledge among Sales Ambassadors.

EVENTS

  • Plan and manage engaging events.
  • Evaluate event impact and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience quality.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets as needed.

TRADE MARKETING

  • Implement marketing strategies aligned with HQ and European plans to support business goals.
  • Identify key success factors and optimize available opportunities/resources.
  • Boost sales and exposure for new releases, developing detailed action plans for each sales point.
  • Support the main sales points with their marketing and event initiatives.
  • Track and oversee A&P budget.

MANUFACTURE GUIDE

  • Conduct captivating manufacture visits for clients and journalists, showcasing our craftsmanship.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Trade Marketing and Training, with solid commercial and product knowledge.
  • Prior experience in the watches industry is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while leading projects, from implementation to analysis of end results.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organized, practical, capable of initiating and developing new projects from scratch.
  • Quick learner with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Adaptable mindset with attention to detail and a passion for precision.
  • Fluent in English and French, knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel.
