Nous recherchons un(e) (Senior) Marketing Manager pour nous aider à promouvoir le produit bancaire Stu en Suisse romande. Le développement démarrera sur le canton de Genève. Nous avons comme objectif d'entendre notre offre dans tous les cantons romands.

Notre entreprise est responsable du programme Stu (système de cashback). Stu est une carte offerte par les banques cantonales partenaires via leurs comptes gratuits pour les jeunes et étudiant(e)s. Avec ta carte bancaire Stu, en payant auprès d'une entreprise partenaire, tu recevras automatiquement un cashback. Nous offrons ces nombreux avantages (cashbacks, concours...) à nos jeunes membres de 12 à 25 ans.

Sa prédécesseure, la STUcard, est utilisée avec succès depuis 19 ans dans toute la Suisse alémanique avec plus de 250'000 membres. En tant que partie intégrante de l'écosystème Stu, nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec nos membres, fournisseurs de rabais et banques cantonales pour offrir à chaque partie de nombreux avantages.

Nous attendons une personne motivée et créative ayant une connaissance approfondie du marketing digital. Tu dois avoir une bonne compréhension des canaux, des stratégies du marketing digital et être capable de prendre des décisions basées sur des analyses de données. Une attitude positive, un esprit d'équipe et la capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique sont également importants.

Quels sont les défis qui t'attendent :

  • Planification, mise en œuvre et suivi des campagnes & de la publicité, focus sur les réseaux sociaux, SEA et mesures offline (print, events, sampling...) ;
  • Planification et coordination de la création de contenus avec notre équipe basée à Lucerne ;
  • Création de reportings; analyse de toutes les activités onlines avec Meta Business, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Analytics & Newsletter
  • Création d'une communauté avec des mesures en ligne et hors ligne (y compris des campagnes) ;
  • Mise en place, Community Management, gestion des comptes des réseaux sociaux pour Stu français ;
  • Communication avec les banques cantonales ;
  • Réalisation et coordination de formations sur les produits auprès des banques cantonales ;
  • Assistance aux banques (p. ex. questions techniques de traitement, aides à la vente pour soutenir la distribution) ;
  • Création de reportings annuels présentation auprès des banques cantonales.

Avec quel état d'esprit et quelles compétences t'engages-tu chez nous ?

  • Études achevées ou formation continue dans le domaine du marketing digital ;
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pratique en marketing (principalement en digital) ;
  • Bonne compréhension et aisance avec des technologies de marketing online (CMS, Google Analytics, applications mobiles) ;
  • Intérêt pour les tendances digitales, le marketing des jeunes/étudiants ;
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français (idéalement langue maternelle), des connaissances en allemand ou/et en anglais sont également important ;
  • Méthodologie de travail créative et flexible et sens de la rédaction ;
  • Aisance à travailler avec les chiffres ;
  • Compréhension rapide, capacité à penser en réseau et à trouver des solutions ;
  • Engagement, grande autonomie, présentable, esprit d'équipe & aisance relationnelle.
