Area Sales Manager - USM Ambassador für die Romandie und das Tessin (w/m/d)

Wie Ihr Aufgabengebiet aussieht

  • Verantwortung für das im Verkaufsgebiet Romandie und Tessin definierte Umsatzbudget
  • Aktiver Ausbau des Kundenstammes bzw. Projektportfolios
  • Führung lokaler Vertriebspartner und Sicherstellung strategischer Partnerschaften
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines umfassenden Netzwerkes in der Region
  • Systematische und bedarfsorientierte Organisation von Verkaufsaktivitäten und Entwicklung von wirkungsvollen, zielgerichteten Massnahmen für eine optimale Marktbearbeitung
  • Ausarbeitung von Planungsunterlagen, Bemusterungen organisieren und Abschlüsse erzielen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkonzepten und Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen am POS
  • Kompetente Beratung von Vertriebspartnern, anderer Absatzermittler sowie Architekten und weiterer Endkunden
  • Teilnahme an Messen und die selbständige Durchführung von Betriebsbesichtigungen
  • Affinität für Digitalisierung, E-Commerce, neue Vertriebsformen und Kundenzentrierung

Was Sie dafür mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf und/oder Marketing
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Channel-Management-Position
  • Gute Vernetzung in der Romandie
  • Wohnhaft in der Region Genfersee / Waadt / Fribourg
  • Bilingue oder Muttersprache Französisch mit sehr guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen (mind. Niveau C1)
  • Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B2); Italienisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Frontprofi mit starken Akquisitionsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie unternehmerisches Denken und eine leistungs- und kundenorientierte Haltung
  • Begeisterung für die Mitgestaltung und Begleitung der Customer Journey sowie agiler und integrierter Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Mass an Engagement, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Professioneller und authentischer Auftritt mit selbstbewusster und überzeugender Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
  • Positive und anpassungsfähige Haltung gegenüber neuen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen, überzeugende Repräsentation des Unternehmens und dessen Produkte
  • Passion für (Interior)Design, New Work und Innenarchitektur
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für Prioritätensetzung sowie strukturierte, organisierte, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
