Our client, a dynamic and innovative marketing agency in Geneva is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communication
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the clients' objectives and requirements
  • Oversee the daytoday work of junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Attend meetings with clients to gather requirements, present proposals, and provide updates on project progress
  • Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Operations to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative marketing solutions for clients

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, in a marketing agency setting
  • Proven track record of successful client management and project delivery
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English minimum C1 and French is a must
