Ihre Aufgaben In unserem Software Development Center entwickeln wir Cloud-fähige Lösungen. Unsere Lösungen sind weltweit verfügbar und unterstützen mehrere Sprachen. Um die bestmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und unsere Führungsrolle weiter zu stärken, investieren wir in unsere Softwareplattformen und Supportleistungen. Deshalb suchen wir an unserem globalen operativen Hauptsitz in Nänikon-Greifensee eine motivierte Person als Technical Support Engineer 100% (all genders)
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Sie bieten technischen Third-Level-Support für zugewiesene Anwendungen
  • Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie Marktorganisationen in Kundenprojekten (off- und on-site) z. B. bei der Erstellung der Systemarchitektur, Implementierung, Konfiguration oder Validierung
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie beim Testing von neuen Softwareversionen, bieten Pre-Sales-Support sowie schulen Marktorganisationen und Endkunden
  • Sie schreiben technische Dokumentationen, z.B. Knowledge Base Artikel, Beschreibung einer Funktionalität etc. und erstellen/adaptieren Trainingsdokumentationen und Videos
  • Sie haben die Möglichkeit bei der Mitgestaltung (Installation/Betrieb) eines Kubernetes Cluster mitzuwirken und entsprechend sich auch weiterzubilden
  • Sie unterstützen das Produkt Management und R&D in der Entwicklung neuer Softwareversionen
Ihr Profil Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
  • Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung mit vorzugsweise einer höheren Weiterbildung in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder IT mit 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (TCP/IP Netzwerk, SQL Server, Windows Server OS, Virtualisierungen, Web Services usw.) mit Erfahrung im Aufsetzen/Betrieb von Container basierenden Systemen (Docker oder Kubernetes) in einer privaten oder öffentlichen Cloud wie Azure und Erfahrung mit grossen verteilten Systemen
  • Sie verfügen über ein bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Arbeiten, besitzen einen hohen Grad an Selbstständigkeit und Kundenorientierung, sind fachlich kompetent und haben ein freundliches Auftreten, um anspruchsvolle Kunden erfolgreich zu beraten und zu unterstützen
  • Es werden fliessende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch vorausgesetzt, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
