Role Overview
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and availability of Plasma Technology equipment for customers. This position requires travel within Switzerland and occasionally Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Commission equipment and provide training
- Respond to breakdowns and perform warranty/service work
- Report to the EMEA Team Leader and maintain documentation
- Liaise with technical support, systems engineering, and sales teams
- Keep records of system status, warranties, and service contracts
Requirements
- Formal electronic qualification and relevant experience
- Ability to interpret drawings and PC/PLC experience
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry
- Fluency in German and English, driving license
- Willingness to travel globally and work independently
