MOBILITY PROJECTS COORDINATOR (Paris - France)The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) is the governing body of motor sport and the federation of the world's leading motoring organisations. The FIA is an international non-profit association.

OVERVIEW:

Within the President's Office, the Mobility Projects Coordinator will play a dual role in managing and coordinating mobility projects while also monitoring major media releases relevant to FIA initiatives and other topics. This position requires a highly organised, proactive and outgoing individual with a passion for mobility and media. The role is based at the FIA Paris office and reports directly to the Director of the President's Office.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

1) Mobility Projects Coordination

• Monitor and oversee mobility projects from inception to completion. Particular attention to be paid to ongoing projects with high added value for the FIA (e.g., the development of the FIA in China).

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on project objectives and make sure they are met.

• Track the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new mobility initiatives.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project statuses and outcomes for the Director of the President's Office

• Upon request of the Director of the President's Office, attend mobility meetings, workshops and any other mobility sessions, where required, to support project goals.

2) Media Monitoring

• Monitor major media outlets for news and updates related to the mobility, transport and automotive industries.

• Select and propose which major Mobility events the President's presence would be appropriate. Work closely with the Secretary-General for Mobility team.

• Compile and analyse media coverage to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues.

• Provide weekly media summaries to the Director of the President's Office.

• Work closely with the FIA Communications Department

PROFILE:


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or media monitoring.

• Strong understanding of the mobility and transportation sectors.

• Knowledge of sustainability and innovative mobility solutions.

• Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and ability to analyse and interpret media content effectively is required.

• In-depth knowledge of China and Chinese culture would be a strong plus.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Fluent in English, proficiency in another language would be an asset.
