As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for execution of various tasks in HR area, especially employee data management in Workday and other HR systems connected to employee life cycle management.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative support in physical archiving filesPreparation and provision of personnel files, particularly scanning/copying documentsOrganizing archiving process on placeManaging outsource archiving company relationshipqualifications Who we are looking for: Commercial apprenticeshipFirst professional experience in the commercial fieldExperience in HR is desirableGood IT skills in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)Very precise and reliable way of working, discretion in handling sensitive HR dataFluent in English and German speaking and writing Tis role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited for 6 months.
