The Group Campus Switzerland Services is part of the pharmaceutical division and supports several business units in the areas of finance, human resources, IT, and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative support in migration processes (especially A1 form)
- Preparation and printing out the documents
- Collecting wet signature, uploading to e-archive and to physical archive
- Managing outsource archiving company relationship
Qualifikationen
Who we are looking for:
- Commercial apprenticeship
- First professional experience in the commercial field
- Experience in migration processes is desirable
- Good IT skills in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Very precise and reliable way of working, discretion in handling sensitive HR data
- Very good English and German language skills in speaking and writing
