Stellenbeschreibung

  • Allgemeine Unterstützung in der Buchhaltung.
  • Verarbeitung der Kreditoren und Debitoren.
  • Unterstützung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnung.
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Finanzdokumenten und Unterlagen.
  • Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Finanzteams

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Buchhaltungskenntnissen.
  • Eine Weiterbildung zum Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen, insbesondere Oracle Netsuite, ist von Vorteil.
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung.
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise, Effizienz sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
