We are looking for a
Customer Service Assistant 50% with dynamism and team spirit to grow with us.

Mission and responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to invoicing in connection with the logistics platform (enters orders into ERP, invoicing, establishment, and control of the document bundle for export), BtoB account opening process
  • Coordinate preparations and track shipments
  • Follow up clients' requests
  • Permanently liaise with customers and Sales Team
  • Support Logistic Manager
  • Adaptable and quickly operational, very comfortable with ERP
  • Resistant to stress, you are able to manage several files at once and like to be solicited.
  • Motivated, independent, dynamic, and rigorous, and have strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
  • English and French other languages are a plus.
