Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
IHRE AUFGABEN
  • SWIFT single point of contact for Julius Baer worldwide and external requests
  • Business responsible for SWIFT and other gateway applications and respective interfaces/processes
  • In charge for SWIFT, SIC, SECOM releases including change review, testing
  • Business representative in all kind of SWIFT related initiatives and projects
  • SWIFT process analyses, define strategy in cooperation with IT and other stakeholders
  • Controlling and monitoring of SWIFT traffic/message incl RMA exchanges
  • Support internal stakeholders for e.g. SWIFT client setup, Custodian tools
YOUR PROFILE
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, high solution-orientation, and a high degree of pragmatism
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant higher educational and professional background
