Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for SWIFT-related matters worldwide and external requests.
- Oversee the SWIFT gateway application and its interfaces/processes, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Lead the review, testing, and implementation of SWIFT, SIC, and SECOM releases.
- Represent the bank in all SWIFT-related initiatives and projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze SWIFT processes, develop strategies in conjunction with IT and other stakeholders, and drive business growth.
- Monitor and control SWIFT-related activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Support internal stakeholders with SWIFT client setup, Custodian tools, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of pragmatism and solution-orientation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies, as well as software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports, with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant higher educational and professional background, with a strong understanding of the financial industry.
