Business Process Analyst for SWIFT Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • As a SWIFT single point of contact, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide and externally to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Oversee SWIFT gateway application and respective interfaces/processes.
  • Lead SWIFT, SIC, SECOM releases, including change review and testing.
  • Promote SWIFT-related initiatives and projects as a business representative.
  • Analyse SWIFT processes and define strategy in cooperation with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control SWIFT operations.
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders for SWIFT client setup and Custodian tools.
Requirements
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, high solution-orientation, and pragmatism.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant higher educational and professional background.
