Présent à Genève et à Lausanne Talan Suisse compte aujourd'hui près de150 collaborateurs. Initialement investi dans le secteur financier, Talan s'est développé ces dernières années dans les secteurs de l'horlogerie, des assurances, des médias et des services.

  • Offrir un support technique et fonctionnel de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs internes, en répondant aux questions et en résolvant les problèmes liés aux applications bancaires.
  • Assurer la surveillance et la maintenance proactive des systèmes applicatifs.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et les partenaires métier pour identifier et résoudre les incidents.
  • Documenter les problèmes rencontrés et les solutions mises en œuvre pour référence future.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle de support applicatif, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire.
  • Solides compétences techniques en SQL pour la manipulation de données et la résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de fournir un support efficace aux utilisateurs à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
