Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Partner with P&O colleagues and other business stakeholders to create, update and review existing and new P&O processes, documents (policies/guidelines/templates etc.) in relation to Sandoz' recent establishment as a standalone company.
  • Partner and coach managers and associates on HR related processes and moments that matter. Support and coach leaders, managers and associates on all P&O topics including promoting self-sufficiency in people processes.
  • Provide coaching and counselling to Country P&O Business Partners on local policies and procedures..
  • Drive P&O initiatives, supporting the overall P&O strategy: advise on and handle diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels; champion culture and support implementation of corporate initiatives.
  • Drive D&I efforts and align with global or local initiatives / implementation.
  • Ensure quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O People Partnering and related processes.
  • Embrace customer feedback to understand the customer journey with moments that matter and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead alignment and harmonization of local regulations; monitor compliance, risk management and review P&O controls.
  • Provide support on the practical implementation of organization design, new hires, local and international transfers, departures, promotions, etc....
  • Work closely together with P&O Operations, payroll, pension provider and other functions as required.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
  • HR Fachfrau (preferred) or master's degree in HR/Business or related subject
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a large international environment
  • Written and spoken fluency in both English and German
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels, including senior management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast paced and highly agile environment.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, undertake self-learning and pro-actively search for solutions.
