Influence the development of the Talent and Organization development agenda of the Divisions and Functions across Lonza towards building the required future capabilities and culture.

Provide expert talent and organization advisory and influence HR division/function Heads and global HRBPs as well as Senior Executives within Divisions/Functions.

Identify needs and assure highest impact P&OD initiatives, processes and programs that will drive strategic, sustainable business results and growth. Partner with the Global HRBPs and Leaders to ensure Global P&OD alignment, consistency and quality. Serve as strategic and process connector between the HR function in the divisions/functions and the P&OD CoEs.

Provide expert learning and development thought leadership and contribute to the strengthening of the Global Function as an integral part of the P&OD-LT. Champion, learn and use lean/LBMS materials, language and tools in the day to day work and programs

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible to the talent management of the divisional/functional critical position list, driving regular reviews with HR Head, Executive Recruiting and the Division LT to ensure alignment on succession pipeline and actioning on development plans for Senior Positions including EC-1, EC-2 level.
- Partner with the Global P&OD CoEs in designing the best delivery models for programs: delivery methods to best match to target group needs and preserve the global consistency.
- Provide strategic consultation and support the Global HRBPs and their LTs in organization design and change management.
- Drive the analysis and action planning process across Global Divisions and Functions related to the VoE (engagement survey).
- Influence the business through use of P&OD data, analytics, insights and metrics
- Lead P&OD projects deployment across the Business as applicable
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and improved business impact of P&OD globally, providing business rooted insights and feedback to the Global P&OD CoEs.
- Drive learning and development activities and efforts across the business to drive the culture of learning across Lonza.

Key requirements:

- Bachelor in in HR or a related discipline (Humanities) is required. Masters in HR or Business Mgmt. is preferred
- Business Fluency in English is required
- Extensive years of experience as a senior professional with a strong substantial background in talent management and OD in a global org.
- Advanced no. of years of experience in designing and implementing programs to support organizational initiatives including performance improvement, succession planning, and talent transformation in a Global org.
- Ability to serve the needs of multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Proven experience in building strong consultative partnerships with diverse people across multiple functions
- Strong Workday and Talent Management knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in Talent Review & Assessment, Succession Planning best practices
- Strong results orientation and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication and consulting skills.
