We are currently seeking a People Solutions Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. This is a contract for 2 months.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Neuchatel

Workload: 100%

Duration: 2 months (with possible extension)

Your mission:
The European Onsite People Solutions Administrator will handle administrative tasks like managing mail, processing regulatory forms, updating attendance records, and addressing employee queries.

Work tasks:

- Processing local administrative tasks, examples including communication with authorities, in-voicing, updating local benefit portals and completing forms, for example

unemployment forms.
- Assist in collating information for regular audits (Finance, internal and external audits, Social security audits, Suva audits etc ).
- Handling the incoming post.
- Updating and answering questions in relation to the time and attendance tool.
- Answering queries relating to the local tasks via the case management tool.

Your background:

- Fluency in French is a must.
- Experience with performing similar work tasks is advantageous.
- Great communication & multi-tasking skills.
