In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.

We are currently looking for a Manager People & Culture (P&C) Product Quality to join the team in Neuchatel, Switzerland.

You support implementation of organization and people strategies in partnership with Center of Expertise and Integrated Business Services to maximize the performance of our people and enable effective organizational transformation.

You work “hand in hand” with the business leaders to proactively respond to the business needs, support the organization development and coordinate the PQA talent agenda enabling business performance.

You will:
Deploy the Product Quality Assurance (PQA) ‘Fit for Future’ strategies reflecting our new operating model while anticipating future sub-functional changes related to Product and PMI transformation strategy.
- Organization: partner with business leaders to implement the intended organization, ensuring its effectiveness and its continuous improvement, including the adoption of PBO ways of working (where needed)
- Talent: raise the bar on talent ensuring a high-quality, diverse and sustainable pipeline across the different organizational layers, addressing current and future critical business capabilities, leveraging a balanced mix of talent development and talent acquisition
- Leadership and culture: coach and influence managers and leaders to embody the PMI Leadership dimensions and to develop high performing teams
- Engagement: translate insights from employee listening tools (e.g. Pulse survey) and employee data into simple, focused and actionable change and engagement initiatives
- Translate people data and insights into actionable proposals, implementing the appropriate P&C solutions timely and with a continuous focus on the ultimate business impact
- Contribute to the development and implementation of PQA people and culture plan in alignment with the P&C and Functional strategic goals, and leverage and connect the core people processes (talent review, talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, salary review,) to ensure the successful implementation of the overall PQA people agenda
- Workforce management: support and ensure a disciplined PQA headcount management in line with OB and RF cycles for the Function
- Fully leverage the P&C operating model to deliver success (P&C Product & Experience Delivery, CoEs, Regions, Markets, Functional Business Partner network)
- You will be a member of the Product P&C team, contributing to the overall functional people strategy and agenda and, on occasion, supporting cross-Product initiatives as required.

Who we’re looking for
- University degree in HR, Business Psychology, Social Sciences or related field
- 8-10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Business Partnership role, highly preferably with global or regional scope
- Ability to create a positive measurable impact on the organization through structured, contextual and steadfast action on business challenges, providing guidance on relevant P&C solutions and thought leadership to organizational stakeholders
- Business acumen, understand the business and company’s organizational strategy, vision, industry to add value through P&C activities which in turn drive business and organizational performance
- Emotional intelligence and stability: proven ability to listen and connect with internal stakeholders, displaying a portfolio of relationship styles to enable a productive work environment, working with and through others
- Ability to be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, considering how the business teams are undergoing continuous evolution and fast transformation
- Critical thinking to interpret data and influence people decisions and recommendations, and to determine actions that will help to achieve consumer satisfaction, business growth and financial profit
- Smart operational efficiency: ability to manage operational tasks in accordance and compliance with defined practices in an efficient manner, while keeping the focus on the key people and business strategic priorities
- Personal, professional and behavioural integrity is a must
