Join us as a Business Support Manager

  • We'll look to you to provide support to the leadership team to deliver the business strategy and make sure the operating rhythm is defined and managed effectively
  • This role involves a great deal of variety and stakeholder interaction, and you'll be recognised for being the supportive backbone for the business, ensuring that internal processes run as seamlessly as possible.

What you'll do

As a Business Support Manager, you'll be providing a broad spectrum of support services, ranging from administrative tasks to project management and data analysis, to ensures the smooth execution of daily business activities.

You'll work closely with various departments, providing the necessary tools, information and support.

You'll also be:

  • Providing administrative support to business operations, including contract management, finance and procurement services support
  • Assist in financial tasks, such as processing payments, new service requests, purchase orders and receipting
  • Manage day-to-day Corporate Services activities such as office management, badge and access management.
  • Coordinate local Health & Safety activities
  • Provide Data Agent support, including the management of inquiries, data retrieval and archiving.

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in financial services with a proven ability managing lateral topics and stakeholders. You'll need experience in managing office functions, coordinating projects, and providing comprehensive support to teams.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Experience in either Contract Management, Data Agent Support or in Corporate Services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work accurately and precise
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English and German
