About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Engineering Manager to join our team at SR Technics Switzerland AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Support Engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-notch support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor customer requirements, ensuring compliance with OEM, SR Technics, and aviation regulations.
  • Develop and optimize the Engine Maintenance Program (EMP) to improve process efficiency, reduce shop visit costs, and enhance turnaround times.
  • Drive a performance culture within the team by setting targets and conducting regular follow-ups on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with engine manufacturers and vendors to ensure seamless support and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Product Management to continuously improve our service offering to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace MRO business or related maintenance business.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficiency in English (C1), with German being a plus.
