Assistante administrative à 50%

pour une entité active dans la formation et basée à Lausanne.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
**Tâches principales:

- Accueil des visiteurs,
- Organisation des séances, meetings et autres événements (réservations des salles, gestion du catering, etc),
- Organisation d'événements à l'extérieur (demande de devis auprès de prestataires externes, confirmation, etc),
- Gestion des commandes et de la facturation
- Gestion des notes de frais, de l'économat, de l'archivage, etc,
- Toutes autres tâches administratives selon les besoins.

**PROFIL ATTENDU:
**Profil recherché:

- Formation commerciale (CFC, Maturité, etc)
- expérience dans un poste similaire de 5 ans min, idéalement dans un environnement international et exigeant.
- Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (niveau C1).
- Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Suite office).
- Précise, organisée, fiable, résistante au stress et autonome.
- Sens de la confidentialité et discrétion absolue.
