**Deine Herausforderung**:

- Aktive und professionelle Unterstützung des CEO in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben z.B. Postfach
- und Kalenderverwaltung, Terminkoordination, proaktives Kostenmanagement, Rechnungskontrolle und -verarbeitung, Spe-senabrechnungen etc.
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung des Budgets für die Kostenstelle CEO sowie für die Reiseplanung (Agenda, Flug, Hotel, Transport etc.)
- Koordination und Vorbereitung von CEO-Meetings durch Sichtung, adäquate Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Briefing-unterlagen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Organisation von Management-Meetings (sog. GEM-Sitzungen und -Offsites), Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung von Aktionspunkten
- Koordination auf Verwaltungsratsebene sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Berichten und anderen Geschäftsdokumen-ten
- Recherche
- und Informationsmanagement, Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, ausgewählte Projektmitarbeit sowie Unterstützung des Chief of Staff

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld
- Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, eine selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken sowie hohe Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Ein gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten, angenehme Umgangsformen sowie stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Loyalität, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
