Your challenge*:

LGT PB Fund Solutions Ltd. is an internal service provider and complementary partner for the sales organization of all LGT banking locations. The fund business for LGT Private Banking has grown dynamically in recent years. Our success is based on a long-term and consistently oriented corporate strategy.

As a management company/AIFM, LGT PB Fund Solutions Ltd. manages the entire life cycle for LGT Private Banking funds. This includes the launch, establishment, lifecycle management and, in some cases, administration of the funds.


In close cooperation with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders, you will set the course for a successful future of LGT PB Fund Solutions on a strategic and operational level.

As CEO, you proactively monitor trends in the fund and banking industry, identify client needs and develop appropriate visions, strategies and offerings to further develop the fund business and service offering.

You will lead an experienced team and, in addition to managing the existing product portfolio, you will also be responsible for the conception of new funds and will tackle daily business tasks yourself.


Your profile*:

We are looking for committed personalities who can inspire us with the following skills:

  • You have a successfully completed university degree in business administration or law.
  • For this management position, you need at least 5 years of management experience and indepth theoretical and practical expertise in the fund sector.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements of the fund business in Europe.
  • You have a winning, confident manner, very good language skills in German and English, and you value sustainable and longterm cooperation.
  • You know how to maintain and develop excellent relationships with all internal stakeholders and resolve issues diplomatically and in a needsoriented manner.
  • The development, optimization and implementation of operational processes is a matter of course for you and you implement this together with your team in an actionoriented manner.
