Your Impact

As a key member of our team, you will independently manage the implementation of DMS solutions, supporting clients through every stage of their digital journey. You will ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing technical support, creating a lasting impact on their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the setup and configuration of DMS solutions for clients and partners, both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Lead and manage projects or sub-projects for customer implementations, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and implement customer-specific solutions, including seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide ongoing conceptual and technical support to clients, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external product specialists and software developers to create tailor-made solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an IT-related field.
• Experience with databases, particularly SQL Server, and Windows server systems.
• Knowledge of DMS system implementation is a plus.
• Scripting experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in German (oral and written).
• A proactive, independent approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for learning, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to deliver results.
• Excitement for working with clients on diverse, dynamic projects.
