Tax Manager

Tasks

Collaboration on tax relevant transactions between the group and its business partners / Be involved in all types of non-standard transactions, e.g. all types of funds, securitization and future product developments / Work on a real-time basis with the various deal teams, tax department and corporate center colleagues (country expertise and functional areas of specialty) and group approval committees / Liaise with tax authorities, external tax advisors / Ad hoc projects.

**Requirements**:
Swiss university degree in Law / Post graduate studies in tax, as an advantge / Experienced tax professional with sound knowledge of tax issues and developments in the financial services industry / Knowledge of transaction processes in international environment / Analytical personality / Team player with a structured working style / Reliable / Ability to meet deadlines independently and systematically / Team-oriented and client-oriented working style / Work methodically under pressure / Build up good relationships with the various teams and be able to handle issues efficiently / Good organizational, communication and social skills / Good command of MS Office / German as well as English.
