**Head of Development %)**.

In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle bist Du mit Deinem Team von aktuell 11 erfahrenen Softwareentwicklern (Software Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Saas oder Full Stack Web) dafür zuständig, dass ein hochwertiger Code geschrieben wird, welcher sämtlichen rechtlichen und sozialversicherungstechnischen Anforderungen entspricht. Du bist zudem dafür verantwortlich, dass die komplette Produktepalette technisch aufeinander abgestimmt ist und optimal miteinander funktioniert mit dem Ziel einer technologisch hochstehenden sowie sehr innovativen Entwicklungsumgebung. Du unterstützt und coachst Dein Team mit dem Ziel, dass diese entsprechend ihrem Wissen und Können optimal eingesetzt werden. Dabei wendest Du die modernsten Leadership-Methoden an. Du arbeitest innerhalb unserer Organisation eng mit weiteren Fachstellen zusammen und bildest zusammen mit vier weiteren Personen das Leitungsteam, direkt unterhalb der Geschäftsleitung. **Das bringst Du mit**
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufs
- sowie Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Leadership, Führungsausbildung (agiles Management, OKR, weitere) vorhanden
- Ausgesprochen hohes Technologieverständnis sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, Kenntnisse in der Produkteentwicklung mit plattformübergreifenden Web-Technologien von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Affinität für den Markt, die Kunden & Partner und neusten Technologien und Initialisierung von weitsichtigen Handlungen gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Erfahrung mit dem SwissSalary-Lösungs-Portfolio von Vorteil
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch-, sowie Englischkenntnisse vorhanden
