Exciting Tasks

  • Establishment and shaping of the monitoring of the entire Input Management in our Data Mesh
  • Creation of analyses and reports, as well as the interpretation and derivation of improvement ideas for Input Management
  • Collaboration in ensuring flawless operational application operation, technology lifecycle, technical optimization, and further development of our software solutions in Input Management
  • Enjoyment in exchanging and collaborating with departments on technical and application-specific issues
  • Independent analysis of defects and incidents (2nd level) and implementation responsibility for error correction
  • Guiding the service and product developments in Input Management, coordinating and consolidating requirements and change requests, as well as ensuring a smooth transition to the productive environment
  • Conceptual and organizational support of our external development partners and ensuring compliance & security of the deployed services

What You Bring

  • Preferably a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable education and several years of professional experience in the application environment, software development, or data analysis
  • Good understanding of modern interface technologies, flair for technical issues, and enjoyment of agile work methods (Scrum)
  • Readiness to take on (partial) responsibility for applications in addition to data analysis
  • High level of customer orientation as well as a self-organized and structured way of working
  • Dynamic and committed personality with a joy in dealing with various interfaces and target groups
  • Experience in Input Management or insurance is an advantage, but not a must
