Tasks

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the team's work that aligns with the startup's goals
  • Build a highperforming team of data professionals and lead them towards developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to predict and prevent health outcomes
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure, including Salesforce, database management, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and best practices, including HIPAA and GDPR
  • Communicate complex data insights and AI solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Manage the team's budget, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of highquality work
  • Stay uptodate with the latest healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and machine learning models, and identify opportunities for the team to make an impact in this field

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the field of data analytics, AI and machine learning
  • Proven experience building and leading a team of data professionals
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and GDPR
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis
  • Experience with database management systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Experience with AI technologies, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
  • Technical expertise with Salesforce, including experience designing and implementing Salesforce data models, developing workflows and automations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop a vision for the team's work that aligns with the startup's goals.
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred
