With your ability to translate complex data and issues into clear insights and recommendations for action in interdisciplinary collaboration, you have come to the right place in our "Marketing Strategy & Insights" team.
Your contribution
- You evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns by measuring performance and analyzing KPIs. You are the topic owner for the AXA Advertising Stack (GMP).
- You develop and implement data analyses, models and forecasts as the basis for strategic marketing decisions. You are responsible for the AdROI program (MMM) and optimize it together with the AXA Group; Your "actionable insights" increase marketing efficiency.
- You drive the continuous development of web tracking to meet the latest standards and data protection requirements.
- You ensure the data quality of our marketing measures for monitoring and analysis.
- You develop and manage complex dashboards and tracking systems. You actively support and advise business stakeholders and teams in translating analyzes into contextual solution approaches and data-driven decisions.
Your skills and talents
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics in marketing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of web analysis technologies, especially GA4 & Adobe Analytics, other systems an advantage.
- Experience in developing complex dashboards, customer journey tracking and sales funnel analysis. Knowledge of tag management systems e.g. Google Tag Manager (server- and client-side).
- Proficient in using Google Looker Studio, Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel, MS PowerBI. Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
- In-depth know-how in raw data analysis with SQL/BigQuery, Python is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Google Ad Stack & Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads) and data privacy know-how in connection with tracking (Consent Mode, Cookie Consent Management).
- Fluent in German and English, both oral and written.
