En partenariat avec les fabricants d'outils coupants les plus connus du monde, nous fournissons des outils innovants aux clients les plus exigeants dans les domaines de l'horlogerie, de l'ingénierie de précision, de la médecine et de la fabrication de moules et de matrices.
Vos missionsVotre mission principale est de promouvoir les outils Union Tool que Six Sigma Tools commercialise par le biais de sa plate-forme logistique de Weil am Rhein pour le marché français. Pour parvenir à cette mission vous devrez :
- Conseiller en personne et par téléphone une clientèle exigeante de l'industrie métallurgique
- Reconnaître les besoins des clients et les mettre en oeuvre dans les produits et processus existants
- Soutenir et développer durablement les ventes sur le marché français
- Se concentrer sur la stratégie de Six Sigma Tools
- Assurer un service à la clientèle optimal et un suivi régulier et intensif des clients
- Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation des outils fournis (support de produit et de projet)
- Mettre en place des outils/moyens pour déterminer les données de coupe optimales
- Réaliser des essais sur le terrain pour la validation de nouveaux outils et matériaux de coupe
- Dispenser des formations aux clients et aux employés
- Effectuer des analyses de marché et recueillir des informations sur les nouvelles activités de vente
- Collaborer à divers projets avec des équipes internes
- Formation de base en polymécanique et formation complémentaire en tant que technico-commercial, technologie ou administration des affaires avec une forte affinité pour le numérique
- Expérience dans l'usinage, la mécanique, la production de petites pièces
- Expérience professionnelle dans la vente dans l'industrie des outils et des machines en tant que technicien d'applications au service externe avec une préférence pour les moules et les matrices
- Sens de l'organisation, fortes aptitudes en communication et à la négociation, compétences linguistiques en français (l'anglais et l'allemand seraient des atouts supplémentaires)
- Des compétences en programmation FAO seraient un avantage
